The Cutters Board of Directors 2026 Election will be open Tuesday, May 26 through Friday, June 5 at 11:59 p.m. (ET). Individual links to the ballot will be sent to the primary email address stored in Cutters Soccer Club members' SportsEngine account. Please vote as we need a 10% response rate. Thank you in advance!

Important election information:

• Nominations are officially closed; there will not be a mechanism for write-in candidates at this stage.

• Results will be announced the week following the election.

• Individuals elected to the Board will be introduced at the Cutters Annual Picnic and Annual General Meeting to be held Friday, June 12, 2026. 

• Ballots are being sent to families currently registered in Cutters Travel and Community Soccer programming using the primary address in SportsEngine/TeamSnap, our Club’s registration system.

• One ballot per household - do not forward to an alternate email address as it will not work as the Qualtrics ballot will recognize when an email address has completed the voting process and not allow the email link to be reused.

• Votes will be kept confidential.

• The state of Indiana requires a 10% response rate on the vote for an official quorum.
