Dear members and supporters of Cutters Soccer Club,

I am sad to announce the resignation of our Director of Coaching, Carl Salzmann, who has decided to step down from his administrative role and return to coaching within the club. This choice will give him more time to spend with family while still being able to contribute to the continued growth of the club. Carl will remain the Director of Coaching through July of this year giving the club an opportunity to have an orderly transition before he returns to coaching in the fall.

While only serving as the Director of Coaching for one year, Carl has been an integral part of our club for several years. In his time at the club, he has nurtured and developed countless young players, instilling in them the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and excellence that define our club. We are deeply grateful for Carl's contributions to our organization, and we are glad he will continue serving our community as a coach.

We will begin the search for a new Director of Coaching immediately and will keep the membership updated on our progress. In the meantime, we ask for your continued support and commitment to our club's mission and values.
