From Michael Grubb President Cutters Soccer Club Board of Directors 8 February 2023

Greetings to Cutters’ Families. During the past year the Club has welcomed six new individuals to be responsible for administering the Club’s programs. Those individuals are Louis Malone, Executive Director, Carl Salzmann, Director of Coaching, Jamie Price, Office Administrator, Sarah Malone, Travel Program Administrator, Kristian Cassimire, Community Program Administrator, and Nicole Oliva, Community Soccer Director. They are making significant contributions in improving our administrative efficiency and implementing better processes and procedures. We as a Board are pleased with their development.

We as a Club have both opportunities and challenges before us. Our most significant challenge is dealing
with the current economic environment. We are experiencing at least two of the same issues as many
small businesses and not for profits. Those are faced with the higher cost of doing business and increased labor costs. As we have faced these issues our membership has decreased. Therefore, we are faced with some decisions in maintaining financial stability. Our opportunities are in two complimentary areas. First. Our athletic field improvement team under the leadership of Louis Malone is making progress in working with the Monroe County Parks Department and other County officials with the objective of improving the fields at Karst Farm Park. Mr. Malone and the Club’s Board of Directors are developing plans/roadmap to both improving and expanding our program offerings. Please follow our progress on the Club’s website and social media.
